This contemporary looking dorm that sits next to 1CC is cladded with aluminium sheets perforated with triangles, and powder coated with a rustic dark brown that envelop the warm and homely colour the building is painted with.

A triangular motif completes the look of these 2 buildings, giving it a sharp but well-balanced feel with the clever use of aluminium extrusions, ceramic tiles and aluminium claddings. Plenty of amenities including a basketball court just outside makes it an exceptional place for any student to call home.
