The 1CC building elevated the uni experience by providing well-designed study spaces, teaching spaces, a graduation hall and a food hall. This contemporary and majestic building embraces the courtyard forming a terminal where students flow in and out. The exposure to sun called for sunshades to be designed with multiple angles. The building is ventilated through full height glass louvers, electronically operated from the inside.
